Below are our Terms of Service. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Shelf: Home Screen Setups applications operated by Sam Beckman.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases and Subscriptions are subject to the payment terms and conditions of the mobile platform (e.g., Google’s Android OS, Apple’s OS) from which you make your purchase. Sam Beckman or Shelf does not control or manage the payment process; please review the relevant terms and conditions with the applicable platform provider before making any In-App Purchases.

Except when required by law, paid upgrade fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Shelf and Sam Beckman.

You agree to release, indemnify and hold Sam Beckman harmless from any and against all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to Your use of the Service, Your connection to the Service, Your violation of these Terms or Your violation of any rights of another.

Sam Beckman respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected about You. Please read our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein, for more information about how we collect and use personal and non-personal data in relations to Our Products and Services.

The setups featured within Shelf are copyrights of the artists who are under individual contracts to license the content to Shelf for non commercial or commercial use.

Downloading the Application outside Google Play Store is prohibited and in violation of Our Terms of Service.

If you believe that any setup featured within Shelf has violated your copyright, you can file a DMCA / Grievance to support@samuelbeckman.com where a response will be provided within 72 working hrs via email and if necessary action for removal of content will be taken following the email correspondence.

To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, you will need to provide us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature (typing your full name will suffice) of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or clear description of the materials allegedly being infringed upon);

• Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Shelf to locate the material within our application;

• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner asserted is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

• A statement that the information in the complaint is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or our artists, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is in fact infringing, you may wish to contact an attorney before filing a copyright complaint.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sam Beckman.

Sam Beckman has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Sam Beckman shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We do not take any liability for software or physical damages if any to the Device using the Application. We do not take any liability nor are responsible for any non performance / non satisfactory use of the Application claims. You are downloading the Application by your own choice. We recommend you to Download the Application only from Google Play Store and downloading the Application outside Google Play Store is prohibited and in violation of Our Terms of Service.

Accounts are automatically scheduled for deletion after one year of inactivity. Once deleted you'll not be able to recover any of the data previously stored on it. You can avoid this process by signing into the app before the inactivity period is due.

You agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about Shelf, provided by you to Sam Beckman are non-confidential and Sam Beckman will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to You.
